• The fall detection is helpful in cases if a loved one falls and is knocked unconscious or unable to push their button, the button is automatically activated and help will be on the way.

• Ava is an added feature that when you fall, it will ask you if you need help. If you reply, no, it will not send in the call. If you reply, yes or do not answer, the call will be sent.

• We recommend that the MG Mini Guardian users test their MG Mini Guardian monthly to ensure their confidence of usage and that all questions/concerns are always addressed.

• TheMG Mini Guardian performs a diagnostic self-test every 24 hours to test cellular signal strength and battery level. It then reports it's battery level and other information to the call center, where it can be checked by Family Care Services, Inc. - we have you covered!
